Information Collection.
The Sites collect and request certain personally identifiable User Information
such as names, addresses, phone numbers, birth dates and e-mail addresses through
various means such as; registration, user profiles, reviews, surveys, games,
questions, invitations, reminders, comments and communications to the Sites, and
postings to online chat and forums. We also collect certain non-personally
identifiable User Information at our Sites, such as annual income, buying
preferences, also known as demographic or profile data, of which is optional.
Cookies.
User Information also consists of "Cookies" which are pieces of data that are
placed on an individual's computer hard drive to enable the individual to more
easily communicate and interact with the Sites. We may use Cookies to customize
your personal experience on the Sites. We may also use Cookies to record how many
times a computer has visited our Sites and what pages that computer accessed. You
may, however, disallow the transmission of Cookies at any time through your very
own web browser. It is not our intention to use Cookies to retrieve personally
identifiable User Information or that is unrelated to our Sites.
IP Address.
An IP address is a unique number that is assigned to your computer when you access
the Internet via your local cable/DSL telecommunications provider. We may collect
your IP (Internet Protocol) address to help diagnose problems with our Sites, to
gather broad demographic data and track unique visitor statistics for the Sites.
Sharing.
Saverity may share your User Information with business partners or third parties
that are believed to provide offers that may interest to you. In certain instances
you will have an opportunity to limit this sharing at the time the User
Information is collected. Your provision of User Information to these third
parties will be governed by the privacy practices of that third party.
Transfer of Rights Upon Sale/Liquidation.
Saverity may transfer, sell or assign User Information concerning your use of the
Sites, including without limitation, personally identifiable User Information that
you provide and other information concerning your use of the Sites, to third
parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control,
transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of Saverity
Corporation.
Universal Policy.
We may share information, if we conclude that we are required by law, or have a
good faith belief that -- access, preservation or disclosure of such information
is reasonably necessary to protect the rights of Saverity, its users or the public
at large.
Security.
Due to the open communication nature of the Internet, Saverity cannot guarantee
that communications between you and us, and us and you, will be free from
unauthorized access by third parties or the programs installed on your computer
hard drive that attempt to listen to our data and communications. However, it is
our duty, to keep your data secure at our end, and put User Information to use the
way it was intended and outlined in this policy.
Consent.
By providing any User Information to the Sites, you fully understand and
unambiguously consent to the transfer of the same to, and the collection and
processing of such User Information in Canada, the United States and other
countries or territories. ■
