2002.2.14 - Articles of Incorporation, started as a billing provider called Smart Accounting Corporation. Sold to over 200 clients including Humboldt Bank and Eastern Illinois University.

2008.11.24 - Changed operating name to Saverity Corporation, and began contract at University of Ottawa.
